Our School is located on the Bauknecht Forum in Fellbach. The former industrial estate was fundamentally redeveloped a couple of years ago. At the beginning of the school year 2008/09, the ground floor with 1000m² was completely refurbished in line with SIS’ requirements. The school building grows with its students: For the second year further rooms were renovated on the upper floor, where the Kindergarten will be moving to.

Moreover the Secondary School has received further rooms on the ground floor. The Bauknecht Forum offers a great deal of potential which gives us the opportunity to grow gradually.

Alongside the different class/group rooms and child approved sanitary facilities, the SIS has a nice cafeteria area. With its generous windows and access to a terrace, it is ideal for a comfortable atmosphere at lunch time and may also be used for other purposes.

The SIS outside area has been developed into a nature inspired playground where the students can play and enjoy a relaxing break. With our neighboring schools, the Pop College and the Kolping-Akademie, we maintain a trustful relationship.

The SIS Fellbach can easily be reached by public transport or car; the S-Bahn station is very close. The train ride from Stuttgart main station takes 12 minutes; the B 14 Motorway is only a few minutes’ drive away.
