Having lived in Lusaka, Vienna, Brighton, Berlin, Geneva, Brussels, Dundee and London, Vicky’s life has been full of exciting, multi-cultural and international experiences. Originally from Scotland, Vicky returned to Switzerland, one of her favourite countries, with her husband in August 2017.
Vicky qualified as a teacher from the Institute of Education in 2013. Before joining SIS in 2017, she spent four years working as a full-time class teacher as well as the Special Educational Needs Coordinator in a primary school in London.
Making the classroom a stimulating, fun and safe environment for learning, as well as designing and planning lessons in an effective way to deliver the curriculum is her top priority. Vicky is keen to take every opportunity to learn and improve her skills and to be an outstanding teacher. Her main aim is to ensure that she provides children and young people with every opportunity to succeed and to reach their goals.
In her spare time, Vicky enjoys swimming, walking, spending time with her family and friends, exploring and travelling to new places.
