We are pleased to share the 2020 issue of our magazine emphaSIS with the focus topic “On Learning”. We want our students to become lifelong learners who tackle and master challenges with curiosity and courage. With the closure of schools in spring 2020, learning and teaching at SIS Swiss International School had to move to distance learning. Given the worldwide spread of Covid-19, we are forced to cancel the SIS Cup 2020. The fifth edition of the SIS Cup would have taken place on 18 and 19 May 2020 at SIS Pfäffikon-Schwyz in Switzerland. We are especially sorry for all students and teachers who have already prepared with anticipation and thank everyone involved for helping with the preparations that have been made. We hope that the situation eases soon and we are already looking forward to the SIS Cup 2021.
