- If you have lost your personal password for the Parents’ Portal and the Webshop, you can request a new password online.
To do this, use the private e-mail address registered with SIS.

Cybercrime and Fraud Attempts Targeting Parents and Schools
Unfortunately, schools and parents are also being targeted by fraudsters. Attempts are being made to hack into school systems or gain access to parents’ money or bank accounts.
The Zurich Cantonal Police regularly highlight new scams and also provide updates via newsletters.
Currently, fraudsters are attempting to gain access to WhatsApp accounts using a voting scam. They combine a seemingly harmless request to help a child with a school competition with a sense of urgency. This scam is circulating via text messages and QR codes. Read more…
Although, fortunately, SIS Switzerland has not yet been affected by such attacks, we would ask you to be cautious even with emails or messages that appear to have been sent by our schools or teachers. Check the content and sender before clicking on any links or opening any attached files. If in doubt, please contact your school’s office in advance or create a support ticket regarding this matter.
