The Platforms of SIS

SIS Swiss International School operates several systems that provide parents with information and can also be used to book additional services, for example.

Replacement of our online shop servers

Maintenance work on August 14 and 15

One of our hosting providers will be carrying out maintenance work on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 August.

During this time, the servers for the SIS web shop will be replaced.
Consequently, the web shop (www.swissinternationalschool.ch/webshop) will be largely unavailable on these two days.

We are delighted that the web shop will then be running on all-new servers and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time!

If you have lost your password for the Parents’ Section, please contact your school’s secretariat.
If you have lost your personal password for the Parents’ Portal and the Webshop, you can request a new password online.
To do this, use the private e-mail address registered with SIS.
If you remember your personal password, you can also change it online.
