A new version of the software has been installed on our servers for the Parents' Portal.
If you are now experiencing problems logging in or displaying content, please try the following:
- Simply press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[R] on your keyboard to reload the page completely.
- Temporarily use the German version: www.swissinternationalschool.ch/elternportal
- Open a private browser window: www.swissinternationalschool.ch/parents-portal
- Temporarily use a different browser
- or simply wait one or two days
The Parents' Portal should then be able to be used as usual again.
If you continue to experience problems using the parent portal, please report them to us in a support ticket. Make sure to select ‘Support A4s SIS CH’ as the category.
